● Clients should not approach treatments with an expectation of 100% guaranteed results.
● All treatments offered by the clinic are 100% safe when performed as advised, with approximately up to 90% results achievable, depending on individual response and strict adherence to the recommended treatment plan, home care, lifestyle changes, and follow-up schedule.
● Treatment plans may be modified based on clinical assessment.
● Written and/or digital consent is mandatory prior to procedures.
1.5 Appointments & Scheduling
● Appointments are subject to availability.
● Delays may occur due to medical emergencies or procedure overruns.
● The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments when required.
1.6 Age Restriction
Services are provided only to individuals 18 years and above, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with written consent.

2. Payment Policy

3. Refund Policy

● Payments once made are non-refundable, whether for individual sessions or packages.
● No refunds will be issued for partial utilization, non-attendance, or change of mind.

If a client is found medically unsuitable for a treatment after assessment, the clinic may:

3.3 Appointment Cancellation
● Appointment rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
● Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may lead to session forfeiture.
3.4 Validity Expiry
Unused sessions after package expiry shall be considered lapsed and are not eligible for refund.
